FRUIT: A blend of natural pomegranate and red grape wine
HARVEST DATE: November
WINEMAKING: pomegranate wine is produced by the classical process of red wines. The fermentation is stopped, when the natural sugar of the fruit has not yet dissolved, then assembled with red grape wine for a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness.
TASTING NOTES: Unique bouquet of rich pomegranate and berry aromas, as well as sweet tannins. Complex whilst being full bodied and his impressively refreshing aftertaste.
EXAMPLES OF SIDE DISHES: Chicken, cheese and desserts.
